A traitor to the faith that must be driven out! My catch for Viridian Forest was Kahuna, the Kakuna, but my rules state I can't catch a duplicate, including an evolved form of a pokemon I have caught, so the catch is actually illegal. I don't think there is a single chance of getting a Water type by this point, and I missed my various chances at getting an Oddish/Bulbasaur earlier. Well, that puts us in a dilly of a pickle, doesn't it? I cannot progress the game without having a Grass or Water pokemon in my party. Oak's grandson, and does not have a fixation with smelling people. Dunno why I named him that, probably because he's gonna be a joke. Is it a good idea to mail order fruit like that? Anyway, Jester tries to eat some and gets scolded by Oak. In the lab, Oak reveals that his delivery box actually contained a bunch of Razz Berries. The ledges seem proportionally the same height as in the Gen I games, but my character is like twice as tall, so they don't seem nearly as intimidating to hop as the Route 1 NPC makes them seem. Oak his mysterious package, so I hop the ledges back to Pallet Town. and Sanctus leveled up from his capture, learning an early quick attack. The Dominions are a high order of angels, definitely undeserving of being a Spearow, but I imagined how cool it would be to have a Fearow patrolling the skys of my Earthly Domain. This little guy was closer, however, so meet Dominion. There were multiple Nidorans in the grass. All hail the Helix Fossil, for it is the symbol of our Divine Savior.Worthy Pokemon should not be involved in the capture of unworthy ones wherever possible, lest they be tainted with unworthy exp.The unworthy may not be used in battle.Such Pokemon are unworthy and must be named as such. As such, I will be limiting myself to the traditional one catch per route, and apart from those catches, beating trainer Pokemon is the only way my Pokemon can gain exp. While one could use a "catch & release" policy to train their Pokemon, there is no risk involved with grinding in this manner, and if there's no risk, it's not much of Nuzlocke run.
